Marketing & Clinical Manager

Functions under: KR&APAC Marketing/CA

Reporting to: BU Head

Marketing

  • Lead and develop marketing strategy and drive marketing teams to execute marketing plans that leverage our capabilities and create an advantaged position to accelerate product launching and business growth
  • Develop and assess new opportunities in digital healthcare market and research new product lines that create the best synergy with our current product and new product launch strategy build-up and execution
  • Develop and create marketing tools and strategies with KOLs to boost our business growth
  • Build up reimbursement strategy as well as engage and work closely with multiple key stakeholders and reimbursement expert to meet the required result
  • Plan, manage and update marketing budget and its expenditure
  • Successful KOL management with differentiated engagement and communication strategy
  • Develop customer training tools to maximize sales enforcement
  • Develop & manage KOLs targeting developing international medical advisory board with APAC partners
  • Conduct online/offline market research and competitive landscape monitoring to build up marketing intelligence for strategy build up
  • Monitor best practice business cases to leverage and create synergy across the region
  • Assess, monitor and analyze to enhance market insight

Clinical Affairs

  • Lead CA team to create best internal synergy among sales and marketing
  • Build and enhance competency of CA team for our clinical intelligence and initiatives to be the brand’s core strengths in the market
  • Build strategy, execute action plans, and do evaluation of clinical initiatives
  • Develop and verify the value and feasibility of new clinical use case for the existing products and new products
  • Lead and support clinical trials to be conducted as planned
  • Enhance clinical sales approaches to deliver clinical intelligence value to customers

Job Requirements

  • People management experience is a must
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with marketing at multi-national medical device company
  • Experience in cardiology field / ECG products is a plus
  • Experience of clinical trainer/application specialist, product manager, product trainer, marketer in medical device company is a plus
  • New product launch experience as well as portfolio management
