Territory Sales Manager/APAC

Reporting to: BU Head

Job Description

  • Identify and contact local business partner candidates to initiate mutual business feasibility check
  • Prepare business execution agreement/contract with distributor/business partners across APAC
  • Receive PO and manage account receivables to communicate with business partners to meet given financial target
  • Lead and support distributor sales team on their sales planning and execution

    Set up sales funnel management system and review with partners on weekly basis

    Communicate on consolidated forecast to BU head

    Assess sales coverage by region, by use case and lead the business partner for sales coverage growth that is aligned with given market penetration target

    Identify top 10 accounts by region/by segment, set up penetration/conversion plan and ensure and support its execution

    Assess business partners’ sales force competency, scope of products, focus/resource allocation status and provide compelling influence to improve the outcome

    Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professional selling skills and set the example of new account development and KOL management and provide onsite support whenever necessary

    Identify best sales practice to leverage such insight in other region

  • Lead and contribute big project development and management
  • Monitor inventory status of partners
  • Proactively give inputs to marketing and take own sales action to utilize marketing events to maximize sales opportunity development and contacts with potential customers
  • Leverage KOLs of Korea and other region to support KOL development and management of own territory

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English communication(written/verbal) is a must
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with sales management, distributor management, direct sales in medical device company
  • Overseas sales experience in medical device company is a plus; otherwise basic knowledge of trading, importing, and exporting is a must
